You could collect all the recyclables in your neighborhood - you get enough, then get somebody to take them to the recycling center, split the profits, and use the money for neighborhood improvement. Check on - offer to help - old folk. Use your local paper - call the &quot;City Desk&quot; and see if they&#039;ll do a story - don&#039;t waste money on an ad - to advertise what you are doing. Good idea. Help some folk!
