or bring a cooler full of beer to the beach. seemed like everyone was down there to party. the guy with the cold beer is always a favorite

Go to South Beach, go to a bar called Fat Tuesdays and buy a drink. Walk along the beach and try to make conversation with some women. Stay away from the clubs since thats not a good place to meet them. Try to stick to bars and lounges.
