  1. Yes, I have been to Santa Lucia. Oasis Brisas is a nice resort and it's a 4*... I was checking the resort site and I believe this is the one I've been to a few years back. I think they've changed names of a couple of the resorts...As long as you book at least 4*-4.5*, you'll have excellent quality. It's a nice area and you're able to easily go into town and mix in with the locals.
