Im planning an 18th want to decorate with a fantasy/magic theme. Any ideas?

When I say fantasy/magic, think Lord of the Rings elves.

I don't really have a very big budget, but I'm thinking simple but effective to create a mood.

The party will be in both an inside and adjoining outside area, which is partly under a pergola.

It will be a cocktail style party.
