I'm 5'6-5'7 (debatable) and I weigh 192. I'm a 16 year old female and I've started exersizing and working out. It's been going great. Anyways, I was wondering a few things.
a) What's the healthy weight for somebody my age? My weight goal is 150, maybe even 160 since my legs are pure muscle (marching band has really helped.. I love my legs.. but my belly fat is disgusting). I don't care how long it takes me. Once I hit 150 I'll probably set another goal of 130, I dont know. I"ll have to reasses how happy I am with my body then.
b) I have 42inch DD b***s. I hate them because I know most of it is because I'm fat. If I do loose weight, will my breast size change? I don't know about weighing 130 and still having DD's. That'd look ridiculous.
