Im planning to sell some handicrafts on my web site, do i need license, what are export policies/ rates?

id like to know what i can export, or do i need to have a license to export to other countries or if i can do this all by myself as an individual.

I am unsure about the exact answer to your question since I do not know where you are selling from - but have you considered creating a store on eBay or Esty or some such service? You can profile your products on your site and theirs and they will help you with all the export policies/licenses and rates issues.
