Im planning to study in sydney would any one refer Low Fees TAFE !?

I live in dubai and I passed out my HSC from Khi,(PAK) and planning to go for degree in sydney , and i think , i have to start my degree from Diploma, but these instituteds make me driver crazy im confusing ,would u plz tell me vary in them,
