Here's a couple of ideas for you.

1 - Go to Limos.com and enter your needs.  Multiple limo companies will send you quotes by email.  I've used them several times for Europe with great success.

2 - Go to Auto Europe.com or call them at 1-888-223-5555.  - These very reliable folks offer transfer and chauffeur services as well as car rentals.

Go to http://www.google.com

type the name of the website AND the word:

problem

and then search.

If there have been any problems with that company, you are sure to find that someone - somewhere - has written about them.

Why are you asking on ANSWERS... where most of the people on here are children who have never been outside the State in AmeriKa that they were born in?

Check with the French Travel Bureau... try the French Consulate in Washington. D.C.
