Could anyone please giv me some info on if there is chopper service between the places and itanagar? or guwahati? what other services can i avail? drop in your tips if you have any...

Yeah there is a chopper service from gty to Itanagar (but limited ) may be two days in a week. Otherwise you can travell in a deluxe bus service which are available in abundant. If your financial status is supportive then you can hire a private cab to visit those destinations although you will have to make hole in your pockets :)
