im heading down to san diego this year to play NAIA college baseball, which is cool, but my dream is to play division 1 baseball. im not onf of those kids that come on here and put down all my stats and ask if i am good enough to play division 1 baseball. i dont really really care if you all believe that i am good enough or not, my dream is division 1 baseball and im not going to stop until i achieve that dream or i die. haha

my question is, am i allowed to transfer after my frosh year to hopefully a division 1 school?

and also, if there are any high school players who read this who have dreams of playing division 1/2 college baseball (or any sports) then pleaseplease do me and yourselves a favor and register for the NCAA clearing house. division 1 and 2 coaches arent allowed to contact you or recruit you until you are cleared by the clearing house. it was such a big blow to me to hear the reason i wasnt playing division 1 baseball was because i never registered for the NCAA clearing house. it didnt seem like a big deal to me, but believe me it is a big deal. so make sure you register, its a hassle to do but i dont want to see or hear about kids who are in the same situation as myself, its not fun at all.

  1. I don't see a reason why you wouldn't be able to, the NCAA is the NCAA and the NAIA is the NAIA.They are two different leagues for lack of a better word.

  2. you can transfer to another school.  The only problem is you will have one less year of eligibility.

  3. yes you able
