Rugby undershorts....made by kooga, or another brand.......i wear them i get lifted in lineouts and yeh, genitals in a props face arent all that appreciated. they provide support, and warmth. dont bother wearing anything under them though

Wear rugby undershorts, i always wear them they keep your quads warm so reduced injury as the muscles cant be pulled as easily, which is important in Rugby as it is contact sports. There are several brands of undershorts which include Kooga and Canterbury.
