Yes, you're fine. Just don't get your bellybutton or anything in the nether-regions pierced. Make sure to clean your ears though, if you get them done - there's always the risk of infection and you don't want to pass that on to the baby!

It is recommended that you do not get any piercings or tattoos until after the child is born, because there is a risk of infection. I actually asked my tattoo artist about piercings 2 weeks ago :) good luck!

I don't see why not? Don't get your belly button pierced, but your ears should be fine.
