to get more cut or defined do u lift weights u know u can do but do alot of reps and sets and when will i see results. and any succesful workout plans to get more defined jw if u could put that up. im 6 foot 145 pounds which is pretty much alot of fat

  1. put on at least another 15-20 lbs before you start to work out. eat a lot of meat. lots!!!! well if you want to just get more defined, not large, then just lift like 50-60% of what you can lift. do like 80-100 reps every day, but make sure that you switch muscles every day so you have the time to rest your muscles. do all pushes one day and all pulls the next. bye a powdered protein shake. try to get enor-mass. it is loaded with protein and calories so you can gain weight while working out. hope this helps
