  1. start telling someone your problem

and let out what your feeling when your feeling, mad happy etc

what happens 7-8 month ago that could have trigger this reaction?( for example like a new job? breakup? stress?)

find out the problem and then tell someone. and try to fix it

if not, or nothing helps still, you should try to see a psychologist

  2. I wasted a LOT of time doing what you are doing. (Trying to figure out why I was depressed).  A lot of times depression is a result of biochemical changes/hormones/imbalances and so you'd be depressed even if you were the most handsome, richest, sexiest etc. person in the world.  So often a person just needs a prescription for an anti-depressant.   Then once that starts to work (10-14 days after beginning to take it), THEN you can start to be introspective about your problems - of course if it was just biochemical, you may not need to talk about it anymore - you might feel pretty good.  Go to your family doctor and talk to her/him about an anti-depressant.

  3. Me too. I feel that way.

  4. Hey we've all been down that road.  I went through it when I found my ex in the bed with another guy with no shirt on.  So depression hit me for a good 10 months and I still have my moments.  What I did was actually find the focus of what it is fueling it.  Whether its job issues, money issues, or maybe just life.  And then what I did was find something that took my mind off the issue.  I got into tattoos.  Now I have 4 and they symbolize an event in my life.  Thats just me though.  You find something that helps you enjoy life again whether its videogames to paintball that makes you smile.  At the same time, if you feel that its getting more extreme I would suggest visiting a doctor because you may get symptoms of chronic depression.  But from my stand point, as a person to person, focus on what it is that could be drawing out this depression and find things to destroy the wall that is blocking you from being happy.  You can come out of it, trust me, we all go through it, you just can't let it consume you.  Let it consume you and you lose.  We are so much stronger than we realize, realize your strengths and use it.

  5. Has something truly dramatic happened to you lately?  If not, it could be something that would be totally unexpected.  You should maybe see a therapist, they could probably analyze your thoughts and emotions and maybe tell you what could be wrong.
