  1. Cyber schools are charter schools - they have a charter from the state board of education to have a "non-typical" curriculum and set up.

    Do you mean you want a *private* cyber school?  That's the only way around a charter school.  In a private cyber/virtual school,  you pay tuition, because unlike a public charter, they are not supported with tax money.

    "How to get in" will vary by the type of school, and their admissions policies.  There are many virtual education options online.  Most start at $350/course/semester/0.5 credit and go up in cost from there.
