Im really sad but i dont know what can i do for my self

I'm really sad. I'm always sad and most of the times im tired but i don't know why. it became worst and worst and worst. i don't know what can i do.

  1. did something depressing happened at your life?

    try to learn a new language or learn an instrument. try to fill your vacant time with different activities to distract yourself from this sadness.

  4. hi i was like this a few weeks back this feeling is like addiction once u become sad often it becomes a habit u tend become upset for silly things dont worry dude u can come over it read some goo books like fish it really helps. make friends dont remain idle eat healthy be active. think of all the people who have helped u u need to return wat they have given u smile see the positive side of others and most importantly look at ur positive characters.good luck

  5. People who suffer from depression are sad and feel tired that all they want is sleep. It is a way to escape reality.  You need to see a doctor for proper diagnosis.  The feelings you have aren't normal.  People fall prey to sadness once in a while but usually do to circumstances in their lives.  If you have no cause to feel sad and yet you do and you say most of the time, is a sign of depression.  Keep in mind that many suffer from this and much can be controled by medication. So do  not fret over it. Go see a doctor.

  6. Jog....Or cardio excersize.

    It will increase your seratonin naturally, and you will feel better.

    Drink lots of water. Find a hobby, and get into it.

    Or find 3 hobbies.  

  7. try taking a multi-vitamin, and St. John's Wort. You may be feeling tired b/c your anemic. Look at your hands, are they kind of spotted looking? Try eating more iron. Being anemic makes you sluggish. this could be why you're feeling depressed. Try working out as well, and improving your diet.  

  8. hi, go 2 ur doctor and tell him this-he can give u pills and they do work coz my friend was the same,maybe you need to get out more and focas on something else, hope this helps

  9. You mention you feel sad, and are not sure of the cause?

    If you want to feel better in yourself, you have to find the reason of why you are sad,is it just related to your tiredness? or is it something like your bored, and don't go out very much with your friends, so your sad because of that.

    You should get your sleeping back to normal, and go hang out with your friends, go to the movies or just hang out.
