Im really skinny... any ideas to getting a bit fatter.?

  3. I have no idea if this is actually true but I've heard that sumo wrestlers gain weight by eating a lot (try brown rice) and then sleeping right away. ...Come to think of it, this must be true because they tell people who are trying to lose weight to not eat before they go to bed.

  6. i am facing the same problem :(

    but i got the answer... do exercises / swimming and after half or 1 hour have cheese / paneer etc. I used to go for swimming and after one hour i used to have cheese+paneer paratha with butter. I used to have some fatty food after swimming everyday i did this and i gained 1kg in a month.something is better than nothing!

  7. Just eat a bit more than you normally do. But you should still keep it healthy. You can put on weight with fruits and vegetables, thus avoiding health risks.

  9. i am a dietition so heres what you should do. dont eat for one dy then eat a lot the next day.

    your body goes into starvation mode, as if your in a desert. Your body takes the food you get and makes it into energy more rapidly than it would in "regular mode". and so, fat comes much more rapidly if you do this.

  11. Whey protein. Check your local GNC store or go online. Tons of different ones and 0 carb ones also.

  12. I wouldn't necessarily go eating unhealthy food. However, I would consider eating more meat and protein. It will thicken you up and put muscle on you. No, not Hulk Hogan muscles, but just a nice toned s**y body ya know? If you use protein make sure you use 100% whey. GNC will set you up with it but you are better off buying it through bodybuilding.com much cheaper. I would also consider taking weight gainer. This is just like protein drinks, but is designed to give you more weight. Good Luck!
