Im receiving a no output signal when i plug in my pc vga cable to my samsung. any help?

use your lcd tv remote to select PC input

like what u usually change AV1,AV2,AV3 channel

a) make sure the TV is on when you boot the PC; can you see the Windows boot up screen? If yes, that's a good sign

b) The PC should be able to figure the proper resolution for your TV, but if not, set it manually to match the TV's resolution (say, 1360 x 765 for most LCds)
