Im redoing me and my husbands room

Question

We just moved to texas and i have full control of redoing the bedroom. The wall color is blue, our bed is black,night-stands black. Im thinking about getting these black drawers but I'm afraid it is going to be to black. Also i need blinds but I'm not sure what color to get. Can someone please help?

Get the drawers and then use the same shade of blue for pillows, accessories, and a rug.

Did the house come with blue walls or did you paint it that way? What shade of blue is it? I like black and blue together IF you mean a super light blue. I would stick with basic white blinds in that room, especially if there isn't a lot of light coming in. You'll be fine with all black furniture I'm sure as long as you break it up a bit with other colors. Just get creative with the other decor in the room!
