Im scared of Bathrooms! What is wrong with me?

OKay so for some reason i am scared of bathrooms i am a young male and when i go into the mens room and i see some guy (any guy) thats Walking towards the Door i FREAK OUT and JUMP OMG i cant control my self its horrible! i am always so scared of bathrooms for some reason like someone is gonna be in there to kill me OMG i try so hard not to jump but i cant help it and then i look Stubid so im kind of Scared to go to the bathroom... what is wrong with me? does anyone have this problem?

I have heard of people who dislike public restrooms. And let's face it, sometimes they really aren't safe. Maybe your reaction is a little extreme, but it's probably based in wisdom. I think you should see a doctor and get some help for your anxiety. But I also think you sometimes need to listen to your instincts. I actually know a guy who will not use public restrooms at all. Although I believe his reason is because of germs. I hope you find an answer and are able to moderate your fears. Good luck to youl.
