no the games are not worth that much when they are used try about 15$.

Assuming this is US dollars Gamestop sells used Crystal versions for  $16.99 and I found the original pokemon red version in Barnes and Nobel sells for $2.99 (On Ebay they seem to range anywhere from $10-25). Used FIRE RED costs about $29.99. I would say it's an average deal if your selling the Gamboy Color red version.
