i do lots of sport like 5 days a week playing rugby and tennis. I work out about 5 days a week doing chinups, dips, curls and bench press each day so i got big muscles and chest. I eat a lot of unhealthy food and snacks, probably not enough protein but i just want to know how i can thicken up a bit.

Protein and fat are the key to success.  Some people just have super fast metabolisms, and are built lean.  Be sure you are getting plenty of calories and try to avoid the junk.  When you get older, your metabolism may slow down and bad habits set early on can result in pounds piling up.  Try this diet for weight gain:

Most likely you've more muscle cells than fat. The muscle cells are about 8 times more metabolically demanding than fat cells. This means that larger the percentage of muscle you have in your body, the faster your metabolic rate becomes. This may explain why some people can’t gain weight fast.

Even if you're resting, your body burns 8 times more calories than normal. Therefore having more muscle mass can helps you to burn more fat and calories.
