Im skinny but my stomach sticks out like pregnant =/?

im skinny, 5 ft 80 lbs 14 yrs old.

i have thin legs, arms and i have a 6 pack on my stomach but it sticks out like im pregnant! i hate it and i dont know how to get rid of it! how can i get rid of it?

its like i wake up in the morning and my stomach is generally flat and then as soon as i eat breakfast it bloats up and stays that way for the whole day and gets worse as the day goes on as i eat more (lunch, etc.)

please help me get rid of this, i want my stomach flat!

  2. It could just be bloating.  Avoid acid-forming foods & try having a few almonds after your meals (they reduce bloating).  Eating fruit within 1/2 hour of any other food can cause it to ferment & create gas & bloating.

    You should really try to put on some weight, though, otherwise in a few years you'll end up with terrible stretch marks.  They're not very attractive in a bathing suit no matter how thin you are.

  3. First of all, it's because you're 5 feet and you weigh 80 pounds. Without the "fat" that you keep crying about, you'd be dead. You need it to live, and you can't get rid of it. If you want to make it get flat, try gaining some weight to balance it out.  

  4. thats the body fat u need. adn if u have a real six pack you would have your stomache sticking out that just means you dont have any muscles. and ur all skin amnd bones. so u dont really have a six pack. and im not being mean im being honest.
