Im so Confused aboout Eyeliner :[ ???

I need a good pencil eyeliner & No M.A.C

I'm 14 and I need a GOOD eyeliner from somewhere like Walgreen's.

Can you recommend a Good pencil eyeliner ???

well my favorite pencil eyeliner is from avon but since you cant get that at walgreens and stores like that, i really recommend rimmel. i really like rimmel too.

drug-store brands:

-if youre really on a budget, get N.Y.C ( the one where they give you two small pencils for 2$)

-otherwise, the revlon one, with the smudger at the end, is a really good one, but for 10$

- a good one, that is comparable to MAC&#039;s gel eyeliner, is the covergirl &#039;eyeslick&#039; gel eyeliner, for about 6$

The pencil I use is fantastic.  It&#039;s Revlon Luxurious Color.  Here&#039;s a picture of the package.

I went through a ton of different eyeliners before I found the one I liked.  I don&#039;t live by a Walgreens, but I got it at CVS so I&#039;m sure they&#039;ll sell it there.
