Get a job or volunteer your time

Hang out with your friends, shopping,work out at a local gym to get to know some new friends, play some sports with your friends, or go to craiglist look see if there's any local activities that you can join. =)   anyway, are you old enough to drive around and hang out without your parents' permission? =p

Get a job, clean , write a story, exersice to tone up for school(i would go with this one) and get a hobby

I'm in the same boat. I watch a lot of movies online. And I read. Those options are for someone who doesn't like to go outside. Otherwise you can go on a bike ride. Or go out with friends. I like the idea of exercising and getting fit for school. If you can drive you can volunteer somewhere, my mom suggested a humane society.
