Im so confused? but i still never lose hope..plz help!?

I got a fever 3 weeks ago,i had taken up different kind of medicines to get me well immediately..but then i just realized i was pregnant,i had a pregnancy test and it was positive..after a week i bleed and had tiny blood clots..but it was just few a little drops..then i consulted a doctor,she adviced me to had an ultrasound..i already got the result i txted my doctor and she said the baby is there but there is still no heartbeat and it is in its 6weeks..she adviced me to consult to another doctor since she was out of town..to my shocked the other doctor told me that the baby was already dead..what is really the truth..i don't want to believe that my baby is dead..im still hoping..

if they can't find a heartbeat, yes your baby is dead. i have no idea how you must be feeling... maybe this baby isn't ment to come to you yet?

Wait a week, possibly two. I've read that 86% of fetal heartbeats are detected at 6 weeks, but if can occur later.

Try again at the 8th week.

Sorry sweetie, sounds like there is no baby.  did they find this out via sonogram? if so then it is confirmed.
