Im so confused. help?

okay this isn't one of those stupid girly questions, well kinda it is.

but I'm not obsessed with guys or getting a boyfriend, but the only guys that ever like me are like emo guys or really fat sweaty guys.

and i mean im not shallow, most guys i like just have a lot of personality. but why don't guys like me back? I'm really smart and stuff. and as far as personality I'm like joe jonas's personality twin. but sometimes when i don't know people I'm more like nick jonas. and i do have a lot of guy friends, and they are all friends with all the guys at my school. and my looks i dont think im ugly. ive been called hot but never ugly. ive been called okay. im tall brown hair. brown eyes and i dont have a face full of acne. idk. like i said i dont care really, i just dont know why guys seem to like me.

Maybe they are intimidated by all your guy friends. It would take a guy with a lot of confidence and guts to come up to you when you have all those guy friends watching your back. It would be very intimidating to date a girl with a lot of guy friends. But, what you should start doing is taking the initiative. I got some boyfriends in school by doing this. You write them a note saying you think they are a cool person, and you'd like to get to know them better, and you're sure that once they got to know you they'd see you were a cool person too. Then leave your number at the bottom of the note, saying for them to call if they're interested. If you get the call back, then you know they're interested and you can relax. If you don't get a call, then you know to just move on and try writing another guy a note.

I'm sure there's nothing wrong with you. Guys can just be intimidated sometimes, or think you already have a boyfriend if you hang around different guys a lot. That was the problem with me too. In school I always got along with guys, and so whenever I approached a guy that I liked, he'd say something like "Isn't ____ your boyfriend?" when really it was just one of my best friends. So don't blame yourself, and try out writing notes to your crushes. See what happens.
