Im so depressed about myself.?

i have a tummy and i cant get rid of it, i can't run 100 meters without getting exhausted and almost passing out... yet i am a normal weight and i eat well. whats wrong with me... im sitting here sobbing my eyes out whilst writing this to you all - im just so depressed i dont know what to do about it anymore. im only 16 and i just want to feel attractive again =[ i dont know why i feel so fat.

  2. i would try doing sit ups.  I wouldnt cry and get all upset over it.  Alot of people thinks like that when they are 16 and feels like the world is falling apart or it is over, over nothing.  There are skinny people depressed.  There are rich people depressed.  You look really pretty in your picture and i bet you just have a little tiny pinch of fat on your belly.  Its okay.  But i bet doing sit ups and working out with friends or something would be better than running.  I wish you well and if thats you in your avatar, you are attractive.  If people tells you that your fat, they are probably just jealous anyways.  I am 25 years old, but i felt the same way when i was 16.  Now that i think of it, i was crazy to think that.  Now i have a son, and my belly is little than ever and i was never fat.  Just a little on my belly, too.  You can lose it.  At least your not overweight and ugly.  :)   Hope everything goes well for you, and you seem like a good and pretty girl.  :)

  4. Stop feeling like your looks are the most important thing in the world. I'm sure that you have a wonderful personality and are very talented. By feeling depressed, you are only weakening your body and as a result probably eat more than you have to. To lose weight, start with the biggest meal in the morning, make lunch smaller, and finally dinner even smaller. Don't eat snacks after 6PM, and drink lots of water. If you tell yourself that you are attractive, you will surely become.

  5. everything takes practice , how long have you been running?

    It wouldn't be a bad idea to a general check up with the doctor, don't mean to alarm you and I am sure it's nothing but it's always good to be in the safe side.

    you smoke or do other kind of staff like that?

    Diet is important, so do some research on the internet

    Vitamins, minerals and supplements should be considered as well.

    I know it's easy to say what I am gonna say: but the depression will not make things better

  6. Starting point is to have physical done and some blood investigations. You proceed from the result. Your appearance and weight may not be what they seems.

    Dont think "im fat". think positive about yourself, the more positive you are the more people will see your real beaty , im sure you dont have to worry at all about your tummy :)

  8. First of all relax, you are 16 and probably still growing, not to mention you are female so it could be bloating, or hormonal changes, that you unfortuntately can't control. You do not need to run to decrease your tummy. You need to cut back on carbs and salt and walk, walking increases your energy and burns calories. Stay away from a lot of bread and salt, walk every day, even if it is short distances, and relax. It's proven that stressing increases belly fat.

  9. If you are a normal weight then running isnt going to help you out there. I think you might just need to tighten up your stomach muscles, sit ups help alot, if you can get access to a rowing machine they are great too. Also, why dont you think about joining a tap dance class or something, I used to dance 2-3times a week and it kept my body in good shape, I think I need to start back again now though lol =)

  10. i doubt it, if you were self conscious you wouldnt have a picture of urself up there

    ...but if im wrong just write down what happens in your dreams, your dreams are all subconsious and your subconscious knows everything wrong with you. if u piece together your dreams who knows you might learn something

Hi this is Ayman My sweet darlin, let me tell ya its ok to feel like that as we all run through this stage in our life, being 16 is not easy coz you are still developing and your hormons are in constant changes, so i tell ya stop worring about your tummy, and enjoy your life to the fulletst , just be who you are and speak up your mind, don't care about what other people think of ya coz this would reflect a bad image about your self image. i'm 32 male and i ran through this stage in my life and i'm speaking in experience so STOP WORRING  and my message to you before i wrap up is find a Finance and HAVE s*x AND MORE s*x ..... lol and this would bring a big smile on your face the next day and make ya feel good about yourself.
