  1. well this product helps me. clean&clear advantage acne cleanser. it helps me and i got in cvs. but its not fast results. if you want fast results i think you should see a dermatologist.

  2. aww listennn NEVER put lotion on your face! the reason people have acne is because they have too much oil on their face, the least thing you need is to put some more on. if its real bad, see your dermotologist. i wash my face with WARM water, it opens your pores...make sure its not hot enough to hurt your face or too cold either. Warm water will definitely open them up. then use your HANDS (washcloths will just pop them all and make it worse....and then rashes will appear) to gently scrub neutrogena oil free acne wash. wash for a few minutes, then rinse with cold water to close up your pores again. Drink plenty of water! at least 2 huge glasses with each meal..then frequently during the day. Water REALLY helps clear up your skin naturally...before i didnt drink alot of water, only soda, and my skin was all zitty. but now i drink ONLY water, and people are even complimenting me on how clear my skin is. the water can honestly do it all. it cleanes your skin. stay away from the sodas...water's your friend =)

be gentle with your face! and dont wash too many times in one day. my sister's going through the same thing..this is what she's doing and its getting better...

.i hope this helps and good luck :)

  3. wtf? don't put lotion on your face if you have sensitive skin!!!!!! that's a BIG NO NO. Get clininque 3 step system. it has face wash, toner, and moisturizer. It will clear like it did for me, TRUST ME

  4. Leave the lotion out, that's not going to work. First every morning and evening cleanse/tone/moisturize. Use a good face wash, maybe Clean and Clear or Clarity.

When you have moisturized your face, dab toothpaste wherever you see spots. Don't spread it all over the face, just dab. Use white toothpaste not mint.

You can visit your doctor, who can give you tablets to take and any special creams. If you don't want to visit your doctor, try out different products. Freederm Gel works wonders too and Sudocrem.

Make sure you drink 7-8 glasses of water everyday, have at least two fruits everyday and don't stress out!! That's what making the acne worse. Be patient, relax. It will disappear sooner or later!!

  5. 2 times a week use a egg whites mask. Kk, use tha whites out of tha egg ... Youh first mix it, ALOT!!! Then youh put it on your face untill it is dry, then wash it off ... This should help youh. My Mom && I got tha same problem as youh ... It really helps, :D :D

Don't use tha lotion, that will cause more acne since your skin is getting more oily. Youh want to dry out tha pimples, this will make them go away ... So maybe you should buy PanOxyl, my Mom went to a dermetoliogst and thats what they had suggested.

Also, try using Dove soap ... It makes your skin really healthy looking , and does help to reduce acne.

    I hope I helped, && good luck with your skin ... :D :D

  6. i was in the same situation! go see your doctor and they can prescribe face medication just for you! thats what i did, and my skin has been perfect! ask about Differin and Benzeclin! good luck!

  7. dermotologist

  8. Don't put lotion on the face anymore. It's not helping. Avoid the lemon, honey, baking soda, and whatever home remedy there is.

Best to just go to a dermatologist. It might be covered by your insurance. Everyone has a different skin type, so it's hard to figure out what would help you out.

  9. Jergens body lotion is going to be far too heavy for your face, even if your skin isn't acne-prone. It's formulated for the skin on your body, which is thicker and usually drier than the skin on your face- so using it on your facial skin isn't going to do you any favors.

You don't mention how old you are, and that makes a difference in how you care for your skin. I'm guessing you're a teenager.

If you wear makeup (I can't tell if you do), ease up on it or stop, if you can. Most makeup will clog your pores and will make your acne worse. If you can't stop altogether, make sure you have makeup-free days every now and then to give your skin a chance to breathe. Also remember to keep your hands off your face, since touching your face spreads oil, dirt, and germs, and makes your acne worse. Watch how you talk on the phone as well- a dirty phone can cause acne along the jawline and up to the ear- so if you have a problem with those areas and talk on the phone a lot, make sure you wipe your phones down with an alcohol swab every now and then to kill germs.

You need to find a good cleanser that will clean your skin thoroughly without completely stripping it of its natural oils (if you wash with too harsh a cleanser, your skin will produce more oil to compensate). There are good cleansers at many prices- Cetaphil, I think, is less than ten dollars. If you have the ability to order online, I highly recommend the Mario Badescu line, particularly the Enzyme Cleansing Gel, which costs 12 dollars (plus shipping) for 8 ounces, which lasts a fairly long time. It's very gentle but thorough and is good for many skin types.

If you're into natural cures, you might try using pure aloe vera gel as a moisturizer- apply after washing, and it can help to heal any broken skin you may have from your acne, and might help diminish the look of marks.

I hope you find the answers you need.

  10. Yeah, don't worry I used to have the same exact problem. If you're going in to high skool, don't think ur alone cuz almost every high skooler has bad acne.

But going to a dermatologist is definitely worth it. If you can't afford a more pricey medicine, they can prescribe something less expensive that will still help, such as Differin, or Benzaclin. But if money isn't an issue, I would ask if you're eligible for Acutane, its actually pills that you take, and it worked wonders for me.

But for now, I would use Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Wash. It can kind of dry your skin out, so you're probably going to want to get a good fragrance-free lotion such as Cetaphil, it won't clog your pores like the scented ones you find at Bath and Body Works.
