Im so scread to go to court i think they might put me away?

Question

if my mom tells the judge to put me away beacuse i pregnant

will he do so .....and if i move out my moms house can she still try to have me put away ...and would i get in trubble by the judge .....for doing so ....what do u think will happen to me ...or am i just trippin

you are just trippin there is no way(i dont think) a judge would put you away just because you got pregnant...unless you broke the law or something you shouldnt worry. and from what i hear getting pregnant is not against the law...at least here in america! LOL

I've answered your other questions. It is not illegal to be pregnant, even at 15, but it is illegal for your mom to try and force you into an abortion. If she tries anything, or tries to give you up, the court or a female health clinic (the type that helps girls before and during pregnancy) will help you. You are brave, and you wlll be okay. I admire you for standng up, and not stealing away your child's chance to live. Don't let your mother control you with fear. She wants to erase what you've done, erase her grandchild. Don't let her get what she wants.

Well, you didn't tell us how old you are, or what you've been doing that has you going to court, so, it's hard to tell you just what might happen...  If you've been doing things that could endanger your unborn child, they might be able to do something about that, but, a lot depends on your age.  And, it seems you are probably underage, since you are bothered about being sent to jail for being pregnant, so, if you are already on probation, for something done wrong in the past, you could possibly be jailed, but it's not likely, just for being pregnant.
