Im so stressed out?

ok so im a 13 year old girl, going through puberty and facing so much more than a 13 year should, (things are way beyond my maturity)

ok, so i made some big decisions about who i hang out with. and i feel i picked the correct one (which was i was sick of there S**t and they werent good friends i could trust.) so here i am with only 3 people i have to fall back on but they have there own friends.

so, with sports, parents, chores, school coming, and friends, i think i am very stressed. i know i am. but i have no one to turn to. (my parents toldl me what i did wrong with no advice) what do i do.

im lonely, scared, hurt, and stressed.

(i refuse to take back my old friends)))

  1. in stressful situations its best to do things you enjoy.

    Im not talking about smoking or drinking, for I have been told by people that these things relieve thm from stress. Which in response ill laugh in their face and say wait til your older and in the hospital

    Go out and do hobies or sports. Reading is a good way to relieve stress and if you like art just slap out a piece of paper and draw and doodle on it. Doing these things you enjoy helps get your mind on something else and off of stressful situations.

  2. ok just breathe for a minute ok. I went through the same emotions as you. When I was going through puberty I kind of got emotional and felt like I had little to no friends, but I didn't realize that I actually had many friends.

    If you don't like your friends now, lets go back to your roots and see if your still friends with anyone from your elementary school. Or to anyone you used to be close to just be like "We haven't talked in so long! I miss you, we should hang out sometime".

    It's not fair to the three friends if they are "fall back friends" though. No one should be silver medal/second choice friends. Try to see if you can hang out with those three friends more often and hang out with their groups of friends. From my own experience, at lunch I was friends with these three girls also so I sat with them at lunch and I made good friends with their other friends too so you can do the same.

    Also try not to be irrational and saying you have no friends because your self esteem will keep getting lower. Look more at your positives than the negatives.

    Sports and after school activities are another way to meet new people if your looking for totally new friends. After doing field hockey, I had some great friends that feel like family.

    Once again, just breathe. Nothing is as bad as it seems. Good luck, I really hope everything works out for you.

  4. well you dont have that one friend who is your best friend?  thats all you need, if not find a mentor, could be your coach, family member, teacher, etc.. volunteer at the boys and girls club or a school or something.
