Im so tired , Help !!

I started school no to long ago. Last night I fell to sleep at about 8:30 and this morning I woke up at 6:30. I shouldn't be tired. Please help.

  1. There is probably a lot you are still adjusting to because of the new school year.

    This can make you feel additional stress.

    I think as you adjust, you will be feeling better.

This question brought back a memory from nursing school.  One of our instructors was talking about this subject and she told us this.  It takes 8 hrs for the body to completely relax.  Therefore, getting more that 8 hrs makes you tired because your body has just begun to relax completely, making you feel more tired.  That was a long time ago.  there may be a another explanation now.  That's what I was taught.
