Question:

Im so tired!? Help!!?

i go to bed relatively early- 9 30 and i wake up at around 6 30 so i get plenty of sleep but im still tired when i wake up. how do i wake up feeling refreshed and not have to hit the snooze button 3x?

  1. Could be a thyroid problem too.  I only just found out last year after having a multiphasic blood screening that that was the reason for many of my issues, including being so tired.  You won't know until your doctor checks you out.


  2. sounds like you are drained... you need to start eating food that are high in protein and take a multi-vitamin everyday.... also, something that i have tried is the 5-hour energy drink.... it really works and it doesnt make you sick or give you headaches like regular energy supplements......  if your try this for a while, and it still doesnt work, then maybe you should go and see a doc.. just to make sure that there isnt anything else going on.... good luck and i hope that this helps...

    but maybee you're slepeing tooo long

    that happens to me

    i am a lot less tired if i sleep 4 hours as opposed to 9 or 10 hours

    your body gets pissed at you if youre interrrupting its sleep time

    so the less sleep time it has, the less pissed off its going to get

    P: try going to bed an hour later, i really think it'll help

    i can't go to bed any earlier than 11 or im dead for the whole day lol

  4. You could have an iron deficiency. My iron is really low at the moment and I'm constantly tired. If this continues see a doctor and she will probably run some bloods and come up with an answer for you.

  5. you might want to try altering your diet.. sometimes certain foods can make people sluggish.. imagine what you ate the night before and how hard your body worked all night to digest it. without you doing any excerise.

    if that doesnt work.. try the old cold bucket of water over the head method!
