Im lactose intolerant and when i drink milk and dairy my stomach rumbles( and is rumbling symptom) soo i stayed away from milk, ice, dairy..but i when i pancakes ,waffles, cookies,breads, and hot dogs and foods that don't contain milk why does my stomach rumble and i feel sick...Are there dairy in theses food ?? im soo confused help..Help me with a good meal plan of foods to eat for breakfast.lunch, and dinner please
