Im sprouting quinoa seeds ive rinse/drain'd each8 hrs i think they might have fermented?

can i still eat them if they fermented? how can i know if they fermented? why did they ferment?? any tips???? i dont have any sprouting equipment, i only used a strainer and a small pyrex dish... thanks!!!

oh and should i keep them in a window to get sunlight???

I don't know. Where did you get the Quinoa seeds? My guess is that you should put them on the window sill to sprout them.
