Im starting a college and i need tips on making friends ... Help ?

im moving to a new college in september kinda away from home n i will be going home on weekends

but i have never done anythink like this b4 n i dont know anyone there can anyone help me on how i can make friends reli easy

ask someone to show you around,

get lost on the way to class,

ask someone what time break is,

Just be yourself. I graduated  a little over a year ago and my advice it just be who you are and don't be afraid to show it. Chances are there will be people who you don't get along with and people who will become your best friend. You just have to find out who they are by putting yourself out there. Joining groups and activities that you enjoy is one way along with going to school events. Yes it might be scary at first but no one has ever died of embarrassment or trying to make friends...just have fun and enjoy the experience...it'll be over before you know it.
