Is it legal to stick flyers into peoples mailbox?

And what would i need to say in the flyer?

Call you county office and ask them about how you can distribute your flyer. Some towns allow you to stick it on the mail box, not in the mailbox.

As for what to say on the flyer--How about this

Are your Dogs Bored? Are they Itching to Get Out, Play and Chat With Other Dogs? Let Me Walk Your Dog and Show them a Good time... They'll love you for it.

It's not legal to put things in people's mailbox unless you are the USPS. However, depending on your locality's laws, you may be able to attach flyers to front doors.
