im starting a recycling club at school and i need some help creating the rules and by-laws could you pleas help i have no clue what or how to start pleas help me

If you're still in school you'll have to discuss this with your principal if you plan to start it at school. That's a great idea by the way. You need to have large enough containers to hold whatever amount you think you can actually handle. They should be labeled plainly and should be near where people dispose of things in the trash. If you want people to recycle, the whole process needs to be easy for them; remember people are basically lazy. They won't push a grocery cart back to the stall in a parking lot. So think EASY. Have some way for you to haul what is recycled to the people who do it on a large scale. The containers you use need to be easily emptied and you'll need others to take their place immediately in school.  It's a terrific project and I wish you luck. IvaM
