Im starting an experiment and i need any suggestions or opinions on this...?

im starting a new diet where i would eat meals the size of my fists every 4 hours and stop at 7 o'clock, i would run every day and each day i will follow weight watchers too (i would limit myself to 17 points). do you think that i would lose or gain weight and why???

  1. I see no reason why you wouldn't lose weight, that really doesn't seem like that much food. if you are doing this for school then my main suggestion is to make sure you aren't testing too many variables, seems like you're testing the effects of smaller meals, eating earlier and doing weight watchers.  Good Luck!
