Im starting college and dont know how to use a microscope! and im in microbiology! help!?

im fresh out of high school, never used a microscope, and now im starting micro biology and dont know how to use a microscope! help me! i dont know what to do! everyone else in my class knew what to do and i had no clue! and this is an introductory class, so i assumed no one would know anything! what do i do? the professor looked at me like i was the dumbest person on earth when i told him i wasnt good with microscopes and he just walked off!!!!

It would be hard to teach this to you online.  Is there a TA in the class who can help?  How about a nice looking, friendly & approachable class mate you can plead "dumb with a smile" to for help?  Usually lab mates in these classes are more than happy to help each other!

Well it's really his job to teach, so attend his office hours and get help. If that doesn't work, ask a classmate...you have to get help some way or another so don't stress it.
