im 16 yrsold.my height is 5 feet 4 inches and my weight is 54 kg/119 pnds.however i feel so fatty and i dont like it.i've been hiding the secrets from my family and my friends also my bf too.

past 2 days,i didnt eat anything but i just drank water little bit.whenever im hungry,i will look up on recipe books so that i feel i had already ate.

My question is can i lose much weight after 2 weeks of starving?(my reach goal weight is 42 kg.) besides, after i lose that weight from starving,i will only eat little so that it wil not make my weight gain back. i dont like to eat sweet things anyway. i know most people would say after period of starvation, you will gain the weight back.but what if the person just eat little? i like to exercise in the evening but i dont like to eat too much because i will feel guilty to my body.

answer my question please...honestly,i want to be thin so that i could fit small clothes and pants=(. i desperately starving myself..

  1. Honey u are not fat!!!! I'm 5'2 and 110 pounds so your like perfect weight for your height if not already a lil under.  By not eating your body will soon go into starvation mode and you'll find that your not losing any weight at all bc ur body is storing the fat cells.  So dont starve yourself instead eat several healthy meals a day about 5 or 6 small snacks or sumthin like this.  It will help your body stay healthy and get the nutrients it need and exercise a lil.  But whatever you do DONT STARVE YOURSELF!!!!

  2.      First of all when you stop eating your body goes into starvation mode and begins to store anything and everything you ingest. Then it starts to feed on your lean muscle mass for what you are not getting by starving yourself. You won't have to worry about even making it through two weeks. You will not last that long before someone takes notice and throws you in the hospital.

  3. Well have fun with the short years left of your life.

When your ready to see your body as your friend and not your enemy, and are willing to learn the RIGHT way to take care of it, drop me an email.  Until then, your a ******* moron.

  4. Stop doing this to yourself, seriously. You may think it will be ok to do that to your body to fit into some smaller pants but you are damaging your body in the process. When you starve yourself it doesn't matter how small of portions you eat afterwards your body will desperately try to get some weight back on you and all the nutrition of the food will turn to fat.  If you truly want to lose weight, do it the healthy way. Your body needs food and there is no way around it, so exercise is your best bet. You can eat smaller meals if you want but starving is not ever a good thing. Besides if you are 119 pounds you definitely are not fat. Like I said, if you are that worried about it, play some sports and eat healthy, well proportioned meals. It's a lot more fun than depriving your body of what it needs.

  5. You're at a healthy weight. Starving yourself is not a good way to lose weight, it's unhealthy and messes up your metabolism.

Try altering your diet and exercising more often, that's the best, most healthy way to go about losing weight. I eat an extremely healthy vegan diet of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and nuts, and I eat tons (seriously, I'm talking 1-2 pounds at a time) of food. I'm wearing size 00 pants right now. Starving yourself isn't the answer. Treat your body right, and it'll be good to you in return.

And if you find that you're overly caught up with weight loss, I'd also recommend that you see a therapist, you may have anorexia.

(Oh, also, drinking lots of green tea may help. It gives me rocket metabolism, I can't keep weight on if I drink it too much.)

  6. this really isnt the right way to do things. A person can only last 5-7 days with starving and then soon turn really serious. You will probably start to feel light headed, dizzy, headaches and you might even faint.

Because by starving for 2 days you have completely stuffed up your metabolism. When people want to lose weight, they try to speed up their metabolism so the weight can stay off. You have done the opposite and slowed down your metabolism. That means even once you start eating again and even if you just eat a tiny bit your body is going to take three times as long to burn it off because your metabolism will be so slow because its adjusted itself to eating nothing for 2 days. So the weight will come back on even if you just eat a little bit. When you do eat, your body is going to be in starvation mode which means its also not going to let go off all the food you eat because its not getting much. This is really bad. You should never starve yourself.

The only way to get your metabolism back to normal is if you like pig-out for about a week then start to lose weight the HEALTHY way. go here: http://lifestylehelp.blogspot.com and they can make you a really healthy food plan and exercise guide and you will start to lose weight, not as fast as starving yourself but you still will and you will continue to and it will stay off. Its not a diet, its a lifestyle change. The slower it you lose it, the longer it stays off.

  7. Seek help immediately!

  8. 42kg would be an unhealthy weight for a teenager. Starving IS unhealthy and to be honest, 54 kg isn't a bad weight. Check out the BMI table and you should see that you are in the normal weight range for people.

If you go into the 40s weight range, you'll fall into underweight. For goodness sake, eat normally and just do some exercise. Don't be a slave to the next anorexic fashion trends.

  9. Most people don't understand that eating disorders are DISEASES.

You need to go to a professional and get some help dear.

Also, if you want to lose weight and keep it off for a LONG TIME you have to eat 6 small HEALTHY meals a day and exercise regularly.

Starving yourself makes you lose weight fast but gain it all right back because your body stores the fat it's been needing as you were starving yourself.

So if you want to be skinny and healthy and happy go with eating right and exercise, if you want to be miserable and pretend you’re happy and always be tired and lazy then go a head and keep not eating. That in the end could kill you. I think whatever you decide to do you still need to go talk to a professional.
