Im still receiving email from two groups that I have left long ago. How do I stop it.?

How do I stop the email from the two groups that I have left long ago when I no longer have access to those groups to edit my membership (that I no longer have)?

Tick the box on the left side of the messages then tick spam  above the message and it should be added to your block list.  Failing that click options along the top of your mail window.  On the next window click on block addresses  then add the addresses to your block list.

go to this link   http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups    are those groups still there? if not, did you leave via e-mail unsubscribing? there is a great delay in this refelcting htat you left, and eventually it will. don't keep send the unsubbing e-mail

same link as above http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave group, check small box - click save changes

read ur email, sometime sthey provide an unsubscribe option at the bottom of the mail, click it or else

send a blank email with the subject 'unsubscribe' to the group. it works for me b4
