Question:

Im stuck, should i go to school for RN or pharmocology??

i would like nursing, but i think i would like to be a pharmacist better... but is it true, ill be in school for 6 years for pharmocology?? i just grad high school last year in 07, im 19, and in two mo ill be done with my MA program that i took up at a local trade school... should i do nursing or knock pharmacology out??

  1. if you'd rather be a pharmacist, go for it!!! It may be for 6 years but will still graduate when you are young! Believe me, buy the time you reach your 30's you'll be happy you did it!


  2. I've been an RN and  although I've loved it, I WISH I'd gone on to pharmacy school.Better pay, better hours, better benefits..

    And as you get older- wayyyy easier on your body.

    As an Rn..if you ever get hurt in anyway,,you cant do your job..ie broken arm, sore back..Not so for pharmacist..

    My gal pal is one and makes 3x's what I do!!!

    Part time over $120,000 here in California...

    GO FOR IT while you can.
