Im stuck on Legend of Zelda, Orcarina of Time...were do i get the big money bag?

I'm old link already, but still have the money bag only holding 99, were do i get the others?

You must gather 10 Skulltula Tokens to get Adult Wallet which holds 499 Rupees. Giants walled which holds 999 Rupees is avaible after getting 30 Tokens.

Edit:

Ofc after you get them you have to visit Skulltula house in Kakariko Village and talk to one of kids previously changed into spider to get your reward.

you need 20 skulltula's for the first rupee bag upgrade then 40 for the second rupee upgrade.
