Im stuck on Resident Evil 4 Wii ?

I have lost ashley for the first time and the spanish man has just been killed, Ashley is in the same room as me but i cant get down to her, there is a ledge i just cant get down its annoying me ! Thanks for your help :)

Step By Step:

1.Equip The Sniper Rifle

2.Go Down To The Ledge

3.Aim And Shoot The Shackles Holding Ashley-CAREFUL!-

4.After Ashley Is Free, There Will Be Enemies Coming Out From A Door.

5.Kill Them All And Protect Ashley.

6.There Will Be A Key Left From One Of The Monsters, I Think That She Will Automatically Get It Herself Or You Have To Command Her To Get It.

7.Once She Has The Key She Will Walk Out The Door, And Stand Beside You Once Again..Yay!!!!.....

I hate this part of the game.  Just go down onto the ledge and shoot the three shackles holding Ashley to the wall.  But be extremely careful!!  If you misfire, of course, Ashley is dead and you start all over.  After you shoot the shackles, some of the monks will come out of a door on your left, and of course, Ashley does her best to be as in-the-way as possible.  You can't get down there, so you'll keep shooting from your vantage point, trying not to shoot her.
