  1. You can take a bath in oatmeal.  Either the kind you eat or the Aveeno oatmeal bath found at drug stores.

About the vinegar thing, I agree with your other responder, use white vinegar.  But the oatmeal is really soothing.  Makes a mess in the tub, but it is worth it and it is biodegradable.

  2. I use aloe vera cream.

  3. first get the hotest shower you can handle. it sounds dumb but afterwards youll feel better. Then you apply aloe vera to the area. I go to the beach every year and know matter what my pale *** gets burnt. Thats worked for me every time.

  4. Whenever I get sunburnt i always have a bath with a couple of handfuls of bicarbonate of soda in to take away the sting and then afterwards I apply natural yoghurt to my skin, striaght out of the fridge to soothe it.

    Hope that helps

    xx

  5. Oh poor you!

Seriously ... I got a bad, bad burn once in 1980, Las Vegas. Had to go to the E.R. and could barely even make it there because I couldn't move more than an inch at a time.

Can't recall what 'degree' they said I was burnt... but they gave me IV fluids for a few hours, had me sipping water (not drinking flat out) then gave me the best suggestion in the world.

Go home, take tylenol (helps with swelling) then bathe... NOT in cider but in WHITE vinegar, about half a bottle in lukewarm water. Aside from the fact that I smelled like a salad for three days, it worked marvelously and I've passed on this tip to dozens of folks since then, all of whom would attest to its benefits.

Good luck to you. Feel better!
