Im suppose to find out if there are any foundations for cooking in my area, help?

Im not going to tell you the school i go to, or the area but im just wondering if you can help me find a site where i could locate this or help me better understand what exactly this question is asking.

i dont understand it because my fellow culinary club membors just gave me a note saying "find out if there are any foundations for cooking + highschool"

LOL....sounds like what we used to do years ago (when "photography" mean using real live film) when a new person joined the staff. They would expose a piece of film, then take a second photo ON TOP of the same frame.  We'd just tell them, "Go get the negative splitter in the drawer in the darkroom, that'll fix it."

There is no such device... And I think that is what your club members just did to you, asked you to find an imaginary "foundation and high school."
