Im 15 years old. And Im taking a 3 year old who has down syndrome. I have to feed her in the plane, take her to the bathroom, entertain her in the plane, carry her to the next plane stop...ext. How much should I charge?

Depends, who paid for your ticket to Bolivia?  Did the parents buy your ticket as well? If so, then nothing. Unless the parents explicitly said they will pay you; I'm not sure you can charge them anything.

Did you offer to do this?  Again, the parents will most likely offer you something in return.

If anything I don't think you can charge more then standard baby sitting rates. Have you babysat this child before?

It all depends on the circumstances surrounding the offer.
