Im taking out sky talk with my new sky package but im keeping my BT number, i was just wondering who you phone

when you have a problem (ie; nuisense callers etc) ? ive always had BT so i dont know if SKY will sort out the problems or is it still BT coz they own the line (i think!), thanks.
