Im taking phentermine an appetite suppresent?

its 15 mg for one tablet and on the bottle it say take one capsule twice a day....i took it at 8 in the morning and it is now 2:53 when do i take the next one? how many hours apart?

most doctors say only once a day bc it can cause insomnia.  if you can't sleep tonight just take it once as soon as you get up.

I'm trying so hard to find a doc that will prescribe adipex/phinermine but no luck, your lucky you got it I've heard TONS of success stories.  A friend of mine lost over 30lbs in a month with that stuff.  

if you know any trick to getting that prescription I'd love to hear it

24 hours in a day...twice a day...every 12 hours. If you took it at 8 in the morning, then your next should be 8 in the evening.
